职位描述

在总经理的指导和监督，及既定的公司销售政策和程序内管理和指导市场销售的各方面事务。职责包括：

制定酒店年度销售及市场策略，统筹客房/会议/宴会全业态营收，完成各项经营指标。
统筹政企、会展、旅行社、OTA 等全渠道开发，维护大客户与大型展会资源。
统筹品牌推广、营销活动、线上运营及公关宣传，提升酒店本地市场占有率。
管理销售、市场团队，制定考核、开展培训，管控营销推广预算。
联动收益、前厅、餐饮等部门，跟进大型会务、高端接待全流程，协调客诉与服务落地等

Responsibilities

Under the guidance and supervision of the General Manager, and within the framework of the Company's established sales policies and procedures, direct and oversee all aspects of sales and marketing operations. Key responsibilities include:

Oversee brand promotion, marketing campaigns, digital operations, and public relations efforts to enhance the hotel's local market share.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, establish performance metrics, deliver training programs, and control the marketing and promotion budget.
Collaborate with revenue management, front office, food & beverage, and other departments to support the full process of large‑scale events and VIP receptions, coordinate guest complaint resolution, and ensure seamless service delivery
