We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Legal Department on a project-based, part-time basis.





The ideal candidate will be based in Torino and available to work primarily during morning hours. The position involves a combination of in-person administrative responsibilities and remote organizational work. On days when a physical presence is not required, tasks may be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, scanning, and properly filing legal and client documents
* Organizing and maintaining client folders and primary case information
* Supporting the Head of the Legal Department with general administrative and organizational tasks
* Coordinating and, when necessary, picking up or delivering documents
* Maintaining accurate and orderly physical and digital records
* Assisting with other administrative activities related to ongoing legal projects
