As the Global HEOR Lead, you will shape and execute high-quality Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies and projects that drive and enable successful reimbursement, patient access and the commercialisation of both pipeline and in-market assets.

What The Job Looks Like





Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

Developing integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling to meet payer and country needs
Partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D; Project Teams to embed payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into clinical development programmes
Co-leading evidence-generation projects and communicating results through publications, conference presentations and other relevant channels
Driving early payer engagement and supporting successful Health Technology Assessment submissions, including AMNOG, NICE and JCA
Leading the development of economic models, value materials and innovative tools that support launch preparation, payer negotiations and local market access
Integrating country requirements into global strategies to enable successful commercialisation at affiliate level
