Role Description The Back Office Employee will support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth project and business workflows. This contract role is hybrid, based in Comazzo, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing documentation and records, preparing reports, supporting finance-related tasks such as data entry and invoice handling, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves assisting with customer and supplier communications, supporting sales-related back-office tasks, updating databases, and maintaining accurate and organized files. The Back Office Employee will contribute to efficient internal processes, timely follow-up on requests, and clear information flow across the organization.
