Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support (Level 1 and basic Level 2) via ticketing system
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows client devices
Manage user accounts and permissions (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (users and devices)
Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
Support and guide junior Help Desk resources on daily activities

Requirements (Must-have)
3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk
Good knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft 365 (user management, basic administration)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, password reset)
Experience using a ticketing system
Good communication skills with end users
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks
Based in Genoa area

Nice-to-have
Experience with Level 2 support activities
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS,



Wi-Fi)
Experience with device deployment tools
