POSITION SUMMARY

The Demi-Chef de Partie supports the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking,
and presentation of food according to company standards. Working under the
guidance of senior chefs, the Demi-Chef de Partie ensures cleanliness, food
safety, and quality in all kitchen operations. This role is ideal for
individuals looking to develop their culinary skills in a professional and
fast-paced environment while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
* Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety procedures.
* Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
* Support senior chefs during service and daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest
experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Culinary school degree.
* Basic culinary knowledge and passion for food.




* Previous related experience for at least 1 year.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies when required.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
