Role Description
We are looking for a Full-time or Part-time Sales Associate to join our new store in Florence, specializing in luggage, bags, leather goods, and travel accessories.
The role is straightforward and customer-focused. You will welcome customers, understand what they are looking for, introduce suitable products, assist with purchases, and help with basic daily store operations such as restocking, product displays, and keeping the store organized.
You will also participate in creating short-form content for our social media channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels. Therefore, candidates should be comfortable appearing on camera, presenting products, and participating in simple and engaging videos. Previous content creation experience is welcome but not required.
Both full-time and tempo parziale arrangements are available, with working hours discussed according to availability and store needs.
Qualifications
Good communication and customer service skills.
English is required for communicating with our international customers.




Conversational Italian is required for everyday communication in the workplace.
Comfortable appearing on camera for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
Interest in luggage, bags, leather goods, fashion, travel, or Italian products is a plus.
Previous retail or sales experience is welcome but not required. Training will be provided.
Additional languages are a plus.
Must be available to work on-site in Florence.

We offer a legal employment contract, and work permit / residence permit support may be available for eligible candidates. Salary and working arrangements are negotiable based on experience, availability, and employment type.
Training will be provided, and the role does not require previous specialist knowledge of luggage or leather goods.
