Mid-Level Interior Designer

Andrea Bonini Studio is looking for a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team in Milan.
We are seeking a designer with 3–5 years of professional experience, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to contribute to high-end interior projects from concept through design development.
The ideal candidate combines creativity and technical skills with a strong eye for proportions, materials, finishes and details, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a design team.

Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts and space planning
• Prepare moodboards, material palettes and furniture selections
• Develop projects from concept through design development
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings
• Support the development of bespoke furniture and interior elements
• Prepare presentations and design documentation
• Collaborate with the studio team across international projects





Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design
• Experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail
• Excellent space planning and layout skills
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and lighting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer skills are highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good command of both Italian and English
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Chinese is considered a plus
