Leonardo S.p.A. is looking for an Expert in Corporate Secretariat and Corporate Compliance, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Bodies Affairs and Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Endoconsiliar Committees.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage the secretarial activities and operational support for the corporate bodies of Leonardo S.p.A.;
- Support the Board Evaluation process of the corporate bodies of Leonardo S.p.A.;
- Ensure the keeping of the company books of Leonardo S.p.A.;
- Carry out the obligations regarding the corporate bodies and relations with supervisory
