In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are infinite. You will work in the Commercial law team at our Rome office.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:
- drafting and reviewing company contracts;
- preparation and revision of articles of association,
corporate regulations and establishment of Italian law companies and joint ventures;
- preparation of memoranda and notes on civil, corporate and commercial law.
Our Requirements
You fit the profile we are looking for if you are a trainee with at least one year of legal practice experience in corporate contract law and have fluent English.
Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills, initiative and flexibility complete the profile.
