YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore and experience the future of legal services, in an international, technological and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth opportunities are numerous. You will work in the Employment and Benefits team at our Milan office.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be involved,



with a high degree of autonomy, in the following activities:
- research and study in the field of labor, social security and trade union law;
- consulting and assistance to clients (day by day, opinions, extraordinary operations and assistance in judicial matters);
- support in extraordinary operations (company transfers, collective procedures, due diligence);
- development of the practice, both in terms of resources and business.

Our Requirement
You meet the profile we are looking for if you are a lawyer with at least six years of specific post-qualification experience in labor law, you speak excellent English, you have a passion for labor law and a desire to get involved. Teamwork and team coordination skills, strong relational and communication skills, ability to operate in complexity and flexibility complete the profile.
