Banca Generali – (the “Bank”), a leading private bank in Italy in financial planning as well as client’s asset protection through a network of top-level professional private consultants, is looking for a Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs Finance & Wealth Management Unit, based in Milan and operating within the General Counsel perimeter.





The Unit provides specialized legal support across a broad range of activities, with a particular focus on the following areas:
- technology law, digital, IT, operational and data governance matters, including regulatory frameworks on operational resilience, artificial intelligence, data sharing and cybersecurity;
- promotional, marketing and communication activities carried out by the Bank (including sponsorships and events);
- protection, exploitation and enhancement of the Bank’s image, brand and other intellectual property rights;
- investment services provided by the Bank;
- distribution in Italy of third-party products and services.

Working in close coordination with the other members of the Unit, the successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal and contractual documentation (both standard and tailor made) with particular reference to: (i) outsourcing arrangements and thir
