Il programma include esperienze pratiche in ruoli chiave, progetti strategici, mentoring e formazione continua. Sono previsti un contratto a tempo pieno e indeterminato, una RAL di 31.500 € più premio MBO, oltre a un pacchetto di benefit completo tra cui assicurazioni, auto e telefono aziendale, formazione e opportunità di viaggio.
Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito da Hilti.

What You'll do
Grow@Hilti program – Finance Track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.
We offer 2 different Finance Track options, each with their own exposure to our customer-focused business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of Hilti Finance, alongside strategic project assignments. Each option is split into three main stages of work:
FINANCE TRACK – OPTION 1
- 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.
- 12 months in one of the following roles:
- FP&A; Trainee: finance business partner of Sales, driving profitability improv
