The Candidates support the Operation Manager by managing the operational activities inside BU and transversal through different Area/Depots particularly in the following responsabilities:

Drive Operational Excellence & Digital TransformationLead operational improvement initiatives across depots and business units, promoting digitalization, smart tools adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen/APSYS).
Monitor Performance through KPI ManagementDefine, track, and enhance operational, financial, and managerial KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making, fleet performance optimization,



and achievement of availability, reliability, safety, and quality targets.
Standardize Processes, Systems & ToolsEnsure effective use of ERP and maintenance management systems, harmonize operational processes, standardize tools and reporting practices, and support data quality and governance across sites.
Manage Stakeholder, Supplier & Customer RelationshipsAct as a key interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions, leading operational reviews, coordinating improvement plans, and supporting technical and commercial discussions.
Support Business Development & Cost OptimizationParticipate in bid and tender activities, assessing operational requirements, contractual obligations, resource capacity, and cost efficiency to support profitable business growth.
Lead Cross-Functional Coordination & GovernanceCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate operational meetings, drive problem-solving
