The Warranty Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Audit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
Verify proper documentation including technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor times
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claims
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related field degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, or dealership aftersales operations
Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines




Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working within multi-country or regional structures preferred
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience with automotive warranty auditing
Understanding of automotive repair operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong problem-solving ability
Working Conditions
Hybrid work environment combining office-based (Turin) and remote work
Preferred region: Lombardia, Piemonte
Frequent travel required across various European countries to conduct on-site audits and dealership assessments
Regular collaboration with dealership service departments and management teams
Standard business hours with flexibility required to accommodate travel schedules and audit timelines
