The bForensic Accounting and Claims Services (FACS) /b area provides insurance loss?adjusting advisory services on behalf of clients, with the aim of determining the damage incurred and ensuring the correct indemnity payable by insurers.
In addition, it supports the baccurate valuation of assets /b, making a tangible contribution to risk management and strategic decision?making.
/p h3We will count on you to: /h3 ul liUnderstanding client needs, initiating data collection and preliminary analysis, and preparing an appropriate commercial proposal.
/li liCollecting, validating, and structuring large data sets for real estate and asset valuation.
/li liConducting site inspections of assets to be valued, gathering the necessary evidence and information /li liEstimating the value of buildings, plants, machinery, and equipment for insurance purposes (replacement cost, new replacement value, current value) and for tax purposes (market value, fair value, etc.).
/li liPreparing accurate, verifiable, and unbiased valuation reports in line with industry standards and professional best practices.
/li liPreparing and presenting structured, clear, and usable valuation reports for insurance, accounting, and legal purposes.
/li liManaging and developing client relationships, providing specialized technical support for their risk management strategies.
/li liWorking independently and as part of project teams, meeting project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
/li liEnsuring quality, governance, and consistency of valuation data, in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.




/li liUsing data management and analysis tools (workflow, data cataloging, report automation) to improve operational efficiency and valuation accuracy.
/li /ul h3What you need to have: /h3 ul liDegree in a technical discipline, preferably civil or mechanical engineerin.
