B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) – Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria)
We are hiring aB2B Digital Sales Specialistwithnative-level Italianand solidcold calling experienceto join an international, tech-focused sales environment.
This is afull-time hybrid role based in Sofia, offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.
Role Overview
In this role, you will:
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
Native-level Italian(mandatory) and fluent English
Minimum2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
Experience intech, SaaS, or digital advertisingis highly desirable




Strong communication skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset
What We Offer
Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:*****:00)
Hybrid work modelbased in Sofia
Gross monthly salary:3,300 BGN + premio + benefits
Quarterly performance bonus:up to 2,000 BGN
Relocation support including:Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
Assistance in finding long-term housing
Possibility of salary advance if needed
Affordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m2 available from around 200 EUR per month
