/ppFrench Consulting is seeking a New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Home Visitor to support the U.S. Army's Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in Vicenza.
In this role, you will work directly with expectant parents and families with children from prenatal through age three, providing prevention-focused, strengths-based services that promote safe, healthy, and nurturing family environments.
/ppThis position offers meaningful, hands-on work with military families navigating the unique challenges of military life—including deployment, separation, reunification, and relocation.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3h3Family Assessment Home Visiting /h3ulliConduct home visits with expectant parents and families with children prenatal through three years of age /liliAssess family strengths, psychosocial functioning, and risk for child maltreatment or family violence /liliDevelop individualized service plans in partnership with families based on assessment findings /liliScreen referrals to determine family risk levels and prioritize services accordingly /li /ulh3Support Prevention Services /h3ulliProvide parenting education, pregnancy support, and practical skill-building to enhance safe and nurturing caregiving /liliDeliver secondary and tertiary prevention services to at?risk and high-risk families /liliIndependently assess client needs and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams /liliDemonstrate strong knowledge of child development, family systems, and the emotional impact of military life /li /ulh3Education,



Groups Outreach /h3ulliFacilitate parenting classes, playgroups, and support groups /liliEstablish a respectful, supportive, and productive learning environment /liliSupport NPSP and FAP through outreach, marketing, and community engagement /li /ulh3Coordination Documentation /h3ulliCoordinate referrals to military and civilian community resources as appropriate /liliCollaborate with FAP Managers (FAPM), CRC case managers, and other service providers /liliPrepare required statistical and narrative reports in a timely manner /liliMaintain accurate case files and documentation in accordance with program requirements /li /ulh3Professional Standards /h3ulliParticipate in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and clinical competency /liliRespond to service needs that may occur outside standard duty hours /liliProvide coordinated services both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliYou are a licensed registered nurse, a licensed clinical social worker, or a licensed marriage and family therapist committed to prevention, early intervention, and family strengthening /liliYou work confidently with families experiencing stress, risk, or complex life challenges /liliYou are compassionate, culturally responsive, and skilled at building trust with diverse populations /liliYou are organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a client caseload /liliYou value teamwork, accountability, and service to the military community /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Education /h3ulliMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) OR /liliBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

MSW and MFT Licenses must be from one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
