/p h3Job Description /h3 pConcentrating on the Off?Highway Market Sector and reporting to the Head of Engineering or to the Head of Product Line you will: /p ul liPlay key role in Allison OH Drivetrain business: own the program and can be held fully responsible for its product over the whole lifecycle (from concept to decommissioning) /li liDeliver projects within Allison OH Product Engineering /li liBecome the technical reference for the Customer, ensuring customer orientation throughout the entire duration of a project, and work to create customer centricity /li liDevelop proposals in conjunction with other Product Groups and Market Sector teams to expand Allison OH positioning /li liEnsure the right level of cooperation across the different functions to create efficiency and generate added value for the Company /li liDevelop the project structures to ensure successful delivery and good profits for Allison /li liHelp to define customer target strategy /li liHelp to define and deliver internal Research and Development activities /li liFoster the role of management as a mentor for subordinates /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liRounded individual with broad range of skills including technical and managerial /li liExperienced drivetrain professional (nice to have) /li liVery good attitude in creating/manage relationship both inside the Company and with customers/suppliers.
/li liOpen and entrepreneurial mindset /li liExperience in delivering technical product development projects /li liFlexible approach to travel and working hours /liliVery good English is mandatory, good Italian is a plus /li /ul h3Experience /h3 pSolid background in managing product lifecycle, including interactions with customers and suppliers, is mandatory; previous working experiences in drivetrain product design and development is appreciated.
/p h3Education /h3 pMS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; PhD is a plus.
/p h3IT Skills /h3 pSolid MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user; good knowledge in Engineering Software.
Knowledge of TeamCenter and Creo is considered a plus.
