ppFICEP S.p.A., a leading company in the metalworking industry, is looking to strengthen its workforce by recruiting a: /ph3QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN /h3pThe person will be assigned to the Quality Control Department and will be responsible for the following activities: /pulliPerform dimensional inspections of mechanical components, both upon receipt and within the production departments, using the appropriate measuring instruments.
/liliPrepare inspection reports and measurement records.
/liliManage the preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the AS400 system.
/liliSupport production with measurement activities during the manufacturing process and during the final machine testing.
/liliCarry out inspections at customers' and suppliers' premises on FICEP components or machines.
/liliCalibrate measuring instruments in compliance with company procedures.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliTechnical diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
/liliPrevious experience, even at an entry level, in the metalworking industry.
/liliKnowledge of technical drawings.




/liliGood knowledge and use of the main measuring instruments.
/liliExperience in the use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
/liliGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

/liliKnowledge of the AS400 management system.
