As an
Active Contracts Manager, belonging to the Protected Category (Art. 1),
you will be part of
EniProgetti
. Specifically, your team will oversee the commercial activities for the sale of EniProgetti's engineering services, negotiating and finalizing active contracts with Eni and other clients.
Main activities:
Support in the acquisition and management of active contracts with Eni SpA, other Eni companies and affiliated companies, participating in the development of contractual clauses, rates and commercial conditions.
Preparation of the commercial contribution and overall coordination of the preparation of offers to Eni
Preparation/management/coordination of offers to third-party clients, including the development of contractual clauses, rates, and commercial conditions
Preparation and finalization of commercial and partnership agreements
Support for EniProgetti's commercial strategy
Checking the formal correctness of Work Orders / Contracts received from Eni, affiliated companies and third-party customers (Contract Review)
Obtaining and maintaining qualifications at clients identified by EniProgetti
Management, within the scope of competence, of the correct and timely feeding of the company's management information system
Development of relevant company reporting also through the correct feeding of company management systems
Management of activities aimed at acquiring active contracts
Preparation and timely delivery of offers for development, technological innovation, and HSEQ projects, both to Group companies and third parties.
Required characteristics:
Master's degree preferably in economics or engineering disciplines; different qualifications, even lower,



may be taken into consideration following significant experience in the field
At least one year of work experience
Good knowledge of the English language
Permanent employment contract

We offer a gross annual salary starting from 48,000 euros
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
