Job Definition
Do IT Now is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to support the Sales team during the initial phases of selecting and configuring the company's hardware products.
Activities
Collaboration and Administration:
Actively collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration departments.
Manage the transmission of billing data, periodic controls, and the correct association of invoices/clients.
Manage administrative activities related to suppliers, clients, and partners.
Enter purchase orders to suppliers.
Support and Sales:
Support clients in identifying the most suitable products for their needs.
Assist the Sales team in sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Configuration and Quotations:
Create hardware configurations and software solutions through the portals of various vendors and partners.
Draft detailed technical quotations.
Business Development and Customer Care:
Identify potential new clients and manage the first contact, building positive and
continuous relationships.
Provide constant technical support and in-depth information on the company's products.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma preferably in the IT field.
Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in similar roles.
Good IT knowledge: networking, Linux distributions,



theoretical/practical knowledge of PC/server assembly.
Fair knowledge of the Office suite – particularly Excel.
English language knowledge at least B1.
Italian language knowledge at least C1/mother tongue.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude.
