Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Profitability

- Monitor sales, margin and profitability across customers,productsand sales channels.
- Analysesales trendsand identify areas of concern and opportunities
- Investigate margin movements andidentifyopportunities to improve profitability.




- Maintain key performance measures andprovidecommercial insight.
- Produce sales, margin and profitability reports.
- Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making for customerreviewsand meetings.
- Support pricing reviews and commercial planning.
- Highlight significant trends,variancesand risks.
- Ensure commercial information is accurate and understood.

Reporting & Business Improvement

- Maintain and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure data isaccurate, up to date and clearly presented.
- Investigate discrepancies and unexpected changes in performance.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with Sales,Purchasingand the Commercial team to enhance performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools.
