The Senior Business Development Manager serves as one of CTS's principal technical ambassadors to the European data centre industry.
This is not a traditional sales or commercial role.
Instead, the position focuses on developing trusted relationships with senior client organisations, consultants, technology partners, OEMs, investors, and other market stakeholders by demonstrating CTS's engineering excellence, integrated delivery capability, and ability to solve complex project delivery challenges.
The successful candidate will engage with executive leadership, engineering teams, programme directors, and technical decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle, positioning CTS as the preferred engineering and delivery partner for data centre be they colocation, cloud service or AI factories.
