Location: Northwestern Italy - Turin/Milan AreaFastems is a leading international provider of intelligent automation solutions for the manufacturing industry.Our mission: to make production processes more efficient, flexible, and future-proof.That’s why we’re looking for you—a dedicated sales professional with technical expertise, a strong understanding of the market, and the drive to actively build customer relationships on the ground.About the RoleYou’ll identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to a successful close.You’ll actively manage your sales territory and develop targeted strategies to increase revenue.You’ll be close to the market: In your role as Sales Manager, you’ll primarily work in the field, visiting potential and existing end customers in person at their locations on at least three out of five workdays per week.You’ll work closely with colleagues from product development, marketing, and business units to develop customized solutions for our customers.You’ll use our CRM system to systematically manage and track your sales opportunities.You’ll monitor market trends, analyze competitors,
