/p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a bManufacturing Planner /b, you will be responsible for the bmedium?and?long?term planning /b of one or more manufacturing projects.
You will collect, consolidate, and manage fabrication sequences prepared by Manufacturing Engineers, aligning them with resource availability and production calendars.
You will focus on ensuring that the project delivery dates meet their targets through smooth, efficient, and cost?effective production planning.
You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans.
This is a bfull?time position /b, performed b100% onsite /b.
/p pYou will report to the bHead of Operations /b and be located in bMonfalcone, Italy /b.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform medium?and?long?term planning for one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers /li liAssign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments /li liIdentify and monitor the project critical path, supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives /li liControl and expedite project execution, tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan /liliDefine, implement, and follow up on recovery plans when project progress is not aligned with objectives,



minimizing disruptions and delays /li liPrepare and issue planning and reporting outputs, including manufacturing schedules, workload analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting /li liIdentify critical situations such as resource overloads or bottlenecks and propose appropriate mitigation or recovery actions /li liSupport timely decision?making for manufacturing activities to ensure continuity of operations /li liComply with company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, risk, and security applicable to the role /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred (Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria preferred) /li li1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning roles (Junior level) /li liExperience as a Manufacturing / Production Planner in an industrial environment /li liWorking knowledge of ERP systems /li liAdvanced proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel, Project, Word) and Primavera or other planning/scheduling software /li liExperience working in team environment, supporting Project Managers and Operations Managers in production planning activities /li liEnglish proficiency at an intermediate level /li /ul pWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31,900 to €42,000 per year.
