/p pWe are seeking a bQuality Assurance Programmable Platform Engineer /b to join our Engineering team.
This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of programmable electronic controllers before their official release to production.
The engineer will work across both software and hardware domains, defining and executing test strategies, validating product functionality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, and international development teams to ensure products meet customer and business requirements.
/p pThis job is based in bBelluno, Italy /b, and regular on-site presence is required.
/p pbSalary: €28,000 - €40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
/b /p h3bKey Responsibilities of the Role /b /h3 ul liContribute to the definition and review of product requirements and features in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders.
/li liDefine, document, and verify product use cases and functional requirements.
/li liDesign, execute, and maintain functional testing activities for both software and hardware components.
/li liDefine and manage laboratory test setups for product validation and verification.
/li liIdentify product improvement opportunities and provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management teams.
/li liSupport the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions and test environments.
/li liCollaborate with global teams to investigate issues, perform debugging activities, and improve product performance.
/li liSupport continuous integration (CI) processes and contribute to increased test automation.




/li liProvide advanced technical support and product expertise for complex customer issues.
/li liPrepare test documentation, validation reports, and defect analysis records.
/li /ul h3bRequired Skills and Qualifications /b /h3 ul liTechnical education in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
/li liUnderstanding of software testing principles and quality assurance methodologies.
/li liFamiliarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar solutions.
/li liAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation.
/li liBasic coding knowledge or experience with software development concepts.
/li liKnowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, or similar.
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/li liAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
/li liGood communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liAdvanced English language skills (written and verbal).
