Country Manager – Italy (Copenhagen based)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (relocation required)

Do you have a solid FMCG Key Account Manager background, and are you open to relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark?

We are partnering with a leading global FMCG company to appoint a Country Manager to take full ownership of the Italian market.

This is a high-impact commercial role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth through a distributor-led model, covering both branded and private label business.

The Role

Own the Italy P&L; and commercial strategy
Lead and develop the distributor partnership to unlock growth
Drive business planning, pricing, and negotiations
Accelerate performance across established consumer brands
Work cross-functionally with European HQ teams
Based in Copenhagen with regular travel





Who We’re Looking For

FMCG commercial profile (ideally from companies such as Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, Ferrero, or similar)
Strong experience in the Italian market
Proven success in sales, key account management, or distributor markets
Experience owning or influencing P&L;
Fluent in Italian and English
Willing to relocate to Copenhagen
