Video Content Moderator (Italian) | Lisbon, Portugal Location: Lisbon, Portugal Languages: Italian (C1+) & English (B2+)

Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week) About the Role Join a global social media project as a Short Video Content Moderator. You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and helps maintain a safe online environment.

Your Responsibilities Review videos, images, text and audio content Remove content that violates platform policies Moderate comments, posts and user appeals Label and classify content Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines Report recurring moderation trends Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases Please note: The role involves exposure to sensitive content, including violence, adult content, hate speech, fake news and other potentially disturbing material.

Requirements Italian fluency (C1/native) English B2 or higher Strong attention to detail Good analytical and decision-making skills Ability to work independently Comfortable with repetitive tasks Flexibility to work rotating shifts Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus Salary & Benefits Option 1 – Company Accommodation Included
