You will coordinate a team of maintenance operators which will work on shift basis to assure workshop continuity.
You will lead the definition of the maintenance plan and adherence by leveraging internal and external capabilities and frame agreements.brYou will report to the Site Leader and be located at Monfalcone, Italy.

This is an on-site role.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliProvide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators; /liliReview Maintenance standard for shop equipment; /liliDefine the maintenance plan for the different equipment; /liliAssess critical spare parts availability and define related stock levels; /liliDefine investments needs to maintain and growth the workshop equipment at state-of-the-art level; /liliDefine skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies in critical assets; /liliManage external specialized companies for critical assetsbr/li /ulstrongQualifications:br/strongulliBachelor's degree in Engineering related field.
/lili8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety /liliExperience in TPM, 5S programs implementation /liliExecution leadership experience /liliCross-functional coordination.
