At our Product Company, we're looking for a
Design Engineer
to join our dynamic team and contribute to the
development of next-generation piston compressor machines
.
We're on a mission to introduce
new, energy-efficient, high-performance, and environmentally conscious products
to the compressor market. As a Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, transforming concepts into prototypes and supporting the journey to full-scale industrialization.
If you will join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the R&D; Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective R&D; organization.
What will you be responsible for as Design Engineer?
Support the entire development process
—from component design to full machine validation.
Create
technical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing
.
Collaborate closely with the
Project Team
, applying your technical leadership to bring innovative technologies from concept to product.
Focus on
maximizing customer value
while minimizing waste.
Work alongside the
R&D; Engineering Team Leader
,
Project Leader
, and
Test Engineer
to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
What do we expect from you?
A
degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
.
3–5 years of experience
in design and process manufacturing, ideally in an industrial design environment.
Strong skills in
CAD design
,
mechanical parts calculation
, and
BOM management
.
A keen
eye for detail
and a hands?on approach to problem?solving.
A
self?motivated team player
who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.
You're full of energy, eager to collaborate, and ready to bring your technical expertise and fresh ideas to tackle the challenges of product development. You take pride in your work and are driven by results.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
and experience with
Inventor or similar CAD tools
.
Fluency in English
(written and spoken).

€33,000 gross per year
, with a higher starting point available for candidates bringing relevant experience and expertise
