AbouttheRole Full-time,reportingtoProcurementManager,inordertosupportintheday-to-dayexecutionofthepurchase-to-paycycle;SupportprocurementandFinancefunctionsinperformingtasksassociatedwiththepurchasingandplanningofmaterials,assistintrackingcostsandmaterialsforourprojects.
Responsibilities SupportinthecreationandmaintenanceofpurchaseordersinNetSuite;andinverificationofaccuracyofitems,pricing,quantities,andbudget/cost-center
Supportinthetrackingofpaymentapplications,materialdeliveries,andchangeordersacrossactiveprojects
SupportinthemaintenanceofVendor’smasterdataonNetSuite,includingcreationofnewprofilesandmakingsurethatoldoneshavebeenfilledinwithcorrectinformation;
Supportcoordinationofproofofdelivery/pickticketsandsupportintheresolutiondiscrepanciesbetweenPO,receipt,andinvoice
Processgoodsandservicereceiptsagainstpurchaseorders,coordinatingwithsiteowners,warehousestaff,andbudgetownerstoconfirmdeliveryorcompletionofservices
SupportinProcurementProjects,gatheringdata,preparingreportsanddocumentation,andhelpingmonitorprogressagainstdeadlines;
ActasapointofcontactforroutineprocurementmatterswhentheProcurementManagerisunavailable,escalatinganythingoutsideagreedboundaries
Qualifications AtleastBachelor’sdegreeineconomics,Management,Engineering,orarelatedfield
Experience0-2years
WorkingknowledgeofOracleNetSuite(orequivalentERP)consideredaplus
Exceptionalcommunicationandpresentationskills,verbalandwritten
Analyticalmindsetandgoaloriented
Teamplayer
SolidExcelskillsandgeneralIT/MSOfficeproficiency
HighproficiencyinwrittenandverbalEnglishaswellasanotherEMEAlanguage
