/li liTroubleshoot bWindows-related issues /b and perform basic system checks.
/li liHave basic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b.
/li liPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces.
/li liPerform basic bdata center management /b activities.
/li liHandle and track bnetwork/server cabling /b and identify cable connections between equipment.
/li liAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required.
/li liPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
/li liCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution.




/li liFollow standard troubleshooting procedures and elevate complex issues when required.

/li liBasic knowledge of bdata center operations and management /b.
