We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.brstrongAbout The Rolebr/strongThe primary function for the Machining Operator is to operate NC machine tools.brYou will report to Metal Works Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliSet up the machine tools; /liliOperate small/medium/heavy NC machine tools (milling machine, vertical lathe, drilling machine) to obtain the designed geometries according to drawings and project requirements; /liliAlign and secure the part using clamping devices, determine the workpiece zero points, check the tool pre-setting, and ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances; /liliKeep track of the operations work time; /liliRead technical drawings, ISO and ASME tolerances; /liliMove parts or furnace components into position, manually or with hoists or cranes; /liliComply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).
br/li /ulstrongQualifications:br/strongulliProfessional or Technical school diploma; /liliPrevious experience in NC machine tools (min. 2 years); /liliAvailability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am; /liliKnowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).
