Come System Engineer sarai inserito/a nell'area Technical Authority e avrai la responsabilità di relazionarti sia con i Line Manager che con le funzioni specialistiche, occupandoti di promuovere le best practice progettuali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, sicurezza e costo delle infrastrutture.

Cosa farai in particolare:

- Favorire il processo decisionale tra il Proponente dell’iniziativa progettuale e i vari stakeholders coinvolti al fine di massimizzare una visione integrata per giungere a soluzioni progettualmente valide, condivise e coerenti secondo gli obiettivi stabiliti (scopo, tempi e costi)
- Garantire un efficace coordinamento tecnico interdisciplinare per verificare l’adeguatezza delle scelte tecniche di fattibilità attraverso continua interfaccia con il team responsabile della redazione del progetto e il supporto delle funzioni disciplinari specialistiche assegnate
- Supportare il Proponente nella verifica della pianificazione e della programmazione complessiva del progetto elaborata dal Realizzatore
- Supportare il processo di redazione della filosofia di base e presidiare la redazione della filosofia di progettazione sulla base dello studio di fattibilità
- Partecipare attivamente alle design review e stage gate nelle varie fasi di sviluppo del progetto
- Mobilitare le competenze necessarie per gli approfondimenti tecnici, identificando i key design specialist di riferimento in base alle esigenze disciplinari
- Promuovere gli approcci della value engineering, project excellence e il monitoraggio delle prestazioni dell’asset per capitalizzare le esperienze, le best practice identificare le aree di miglioramento in stretto coordinamento con le funzioni centrali della linea di prodotto pertinente

Cosa serve per unirti al nostro team?

- Laurea in: Ingegneria Industriale (chimica, meccanica, elettrotecnica, ecc)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente sia scritto che parlato)
- Presidio degli strumenti informatici di supporto (Office, Microsoft, etc.)
- Richiesta mobilità sul territorio nazionale
- Propensione a lavorare con team ingegneristici multidisciplinari.
- Conoscenze di base delle tecniche di costruzione ed installazione di impianti complessi

- Familiarità e conoscenza dei requisiti generali QA/QC, garantendo la corretta implementazione e interpretazione delle linee guida definite dai piani QA/QC

Tipologia contrattuale: Apprendistato/Indeterminato La retribuzione offerta sarà commisurata all’esperienza maturata e alle competenze specifiche.

La Retribuzione Annua Lorda minima per il ruolo è indicativamente pari a € 43.600.





In caso di contratto di apprendistato professionalizzante, alla retribuzione sarà applicata la percentualizzazione prevista dal CCNL di riferimento per la specifica tipologia contrattuale.

La posizione è inoltre destinataria di un sistema incentivante annuale, secondo le policy aziendali.

System Engineer

Would you like to turn your passions into a continuous development journey?

As a System Engineer, you will join the Technical Authority area and be responsible for liaising with both Line Managers and specialist functions, promoting engineering best practices to achieve infrastructure quality, safety, and cost objectives.

What you will do

- Facilitate the decision-making process between the Project Sponsor and the various stakeholders involved, maximizing an integrated perspective to develop technically sound, shared, and consistent design solutions aligned with project objectives (scope, schedule, and budget).
- Ensure effective interdisciplinary technical coordination to verify the adequacy and feasibility of technical choices through continuous interaction with the team responsible for project development and with the support of assigned specialist disciplines.
- Support the Project Sponsor in reviewing the overall project planning and scheduling developed by the Project Executor.
- Support the development of the basic philosophy and oversee the preparation of the design philosophy based on feasibility studies.
- Actively participate in design reviews and stage-gate assessments throughout the different phases of project development.
- Mobilize the expertise required for technical analyses, identifying the most suitable key design specialists according to discipline-specific needs.
- Promote value engineering and project excellence approaches, as well as asset performance monitoring, to capitalize on experience and best practices and identify improvement opportunities in close coordination with the relevant central product line functions.

What you need to join our team

- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in IT tools and software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft applications, etc.).
- Availability to travel throughout Italy.
- Strong aptitude for working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.




- Basic knowledge of construction and installation techniques for complex industrial plants and facilities.
- Basic knowledge of general HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements to ensure their correct implementation and interpretation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Basic understanding of key project management principles, including planning and control, contract change management, interface management, and the material procurement lifecycle.
- Familiarity with general QA/QC requirements, ensuring the correct implementation and interpretation of guidelines defined within QA/QC plans.

Contract Type: Professional Apprenticeship/Permanent Employment Contract

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and specific competencies.

The minimum Gross Annual Compensation (RAL) for this role is approximately €43.600.

For professional apprenticeship contracts, compensation will be subject to the percentage adjustments provided by the applicable collective labour agreement for this specific contract type.

The position is also eligible for an annual incentive scheme in accordance with company policies.
