We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Milan and support the smooth running of our guest?facing operations.
You'll be the go?to person for ensuring everything related to the visitor experience flows effortlessly - from coordinating meeting spaces to creating a warm, welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest services and visitor coordination: welcome and assist all clients, partners, and suppliers, recording access and accompanying guests to their designated rooms.Meeting room management: preparation of meeting rooms, organization of supplies, and maintaining tidy welcoming areas.Common areas management: ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of shared spaces across all floors (terrace, kitchenette, restrooms, and circulation areas), including coordination of restocking activities.What You HaveAt least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar roleConfidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace toolsA professional,
collaborative, and problem?solving attitudeStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to adjust working hours when needed to support daily business needsGood communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)PerksLearning Friday.
