/liliManaging customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.
/liliHandling order processing, returns management, credit requests and related administrative activities.
/liliGathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
/liliSupporting local market activities through the review, proofreading and translation of communication materials.
/liliCollaborating closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency of customer communications.
/liliManaging outbound communications related to backorders, shipment delays and service updates.
/liliProviding clear and accurate information regarding products, services and compensation programs.
/liliParticipating in team projects, continuous improvement initiatives and performance review activities.
/liliSupporting company events and customer engagement initiatives when required.
/liliEnsuring compliance with internal procedures, communication guidelines and company policies.




/li /ul pbCandidate Profile /b /ppWe are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
/p pbRequirements /b /pulliPrevious experience in a Customer Service role (minimum 1 year).
/liliExperience within the direct selling, FMCG, wellness, healthcare or consumer goods sectors will be considered a plus.
/liliStrong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities.
/liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
/liliGood numerical and analytical skills.
/liliFamiliarity with Customer Service platforms and CRM systems.
/liliBachelor's Degree is preferred.
