Working closely with the Construction Director, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliManage the day-to-day delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
/liliCoordinate General Contractors, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
/liliMonitor programme, budget, quality, safety, and project risks.
/liliEnsure construction activities are delivered in line with design intent, technical specifications, and project milestones.
/liliSupport procurement, contractor management, and change control processes.
/liliWork closely with Development, Design, Engineering, Commissioning,



and Operations teams.
/liliMaintain project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
/liliSupport commissioning, testing, and final project handover.
/li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pullib7+ years' experience /b delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects, ideally working client-side for a data centre owner, developer, operator, or hyperscaler.
/liliProven experience managing General Contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
/liliExperience delivering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
/liliStrong understanding of construction management, programme delivery, commercial management, and health safety.
/liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
/liliDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
