The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
/p /brul /brliBachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
/li /brliCertification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
/li /brliActive state license required.
/li /brliExcellent organizational and time management skills /li /brliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li /brliPossess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
/li /brliAbility to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants /li /brliCompletion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
