/ph3WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING /h3h3Responsibilities Duties /h3ulliAnswer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.
/liliProcess and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time.
/liliAdvise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).
/liliMaintain and coordinate load planning processes with the warehouse and transport provider through supply chain collaboration platforms.
/liliManaging the stock levels in remote stock locations for spare parts and accessories /liliEnsuring reliable stock bookings in remote stock locations, conduction periodical stock counts and document these for internal audits.




/liliDevelop system knowledge to become first point of contact in inquiries related to stock/consumption and material movement records generated for processes running with remote stock locations.
/liliTakes the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, excel reports or leveraging direct contact to the forwarder.
/liliIdentify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received his credit.
Process claims against third party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up the created Accounts Receivables.
/li /ulh3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliFormal education as logistics specialist, or equivalent working experience, preferably in spare parts operation.
/liliMinimum 3+ years' experience in working with data from ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.) /liliAdvanced Excel skills /liliStrong command of the English language /liliProficient understanding and know how in logistics processes,
