For ourSaviglianositeinItalywe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Configuration and Change Manager PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- Master the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of CCM activities.
- Accountable that all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process.
- Keep the project/program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program. Reports directly to: Site Configuration and Change Management (CCM)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Is leading the CCM activities in a Project.
- Applies CCM standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them.
- Ensures the activities and Roles & Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.




- Ensures Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights.
- Organizes and leads the Change Boards.
- Ensures the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests.
- Monitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes. EXPERIENCE Knowledge of Configuration & Change Management Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM. Plus Work experience in an international environment COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Mandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and components Knowledge of CCM tools Ability to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholders Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details Contributing to continuous improvement on processes and standards Is a team contributor and sets a good environment for team colleagues Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Educational Requirements Graduate of University degree in Engineering.
