Role Summary Own and grow Naphora's organic acquisition across our mobile games.

Your objective is to build sustainable, compounding organic growth through content, social media, creators, communities, and App Store Optimization.

You'll work across multiple channels to grow our player base, build engaged communities, and turn organic activity into measurable acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities Organic Growth & Content Develop and execute organic growth strategies across multiple games and channels

Manage content calendars and social media initiatives

Build multi-platform content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant platforms

Identify viral content opportunities, emerging trends, and new organic growth channels

Plan organic campaigns around game launches, LiveOps, and seasonal events

Creators & Community Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and community ambassadors

Grow and engage player communities across key platforms

Develop creator initiatives that drive awareness and player acquisition





Gather player feedback from community channels and share actionable insights with Product teams

ASO & Performance Lead App Store Optimization (ASO), including metadata, keywords, screenshots, and creative assets

Monitor content and channel performance using engagement, acquisition, and retention data

Measure the impact of organic initiatives beyond reach and engagement

Continuously test and optimize organic strategies based on performance

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data teams

Success Looks Like Delivering sustainable and compounding organic growth

Building creator ecosystems that consistently bring in new players

Turning community engagement into measurable installs and retention

Building repeatable content systems rather than relying on one-off campaigns

Driving meaningful acquisition and business impact, not just vanity metrics

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Organic Growth, Social Media, Community Management, or Content Marketing, preferably within gaming

Demonstrated experience growing social channels and communities with measurable results

Experience managing creator and influencer partnerships

Strong knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)

Experience developing content strategies across multiple platforms

Familiarity with Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging social platforms

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Experience using analytics tools to measure engagement and acquisition performance

Strong organizational and project management skills

Fluent in English
