The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients.
Drafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation
- Assisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment,
alongside leading professionals in the field, contributing to innovative legal solutions in a fast‐paced and evolving market. We are seeking an experienced trainee / qualified attorney with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law.
Drafting and negotiating amongst others: other finance and ancillary documentation
- Conducting due diligence and managing documentation for corporate finance transactions. Immediate availability is required. As an experienced Trainee/Associate in the Banking & Finance Team, you will support senior team members in all phases of domestic and cross‐border transactions. 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance transactions (acquisition, leveraged, and real estate finance)
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating banking documentation
- Proficiency in English
