- Independent execution of activities in compliance with procedures (work instructions / Lifecycle) in the testing or assembly department
- Management of non-conformities and recording of test results in digital systems
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of production issues to ensure production continuity
- Training and mentoring of production personnel on technical procedures and process changes
- Preparation and continuous updating of product assembly instructions
- Implementation of improvement proposals to increase the efficiency and performance of production equipment
- Providing independent feedback to the Supervisor regarding optimization opportunities, hazardous situations, and potential occupational health and safety risks
- Active contribution to maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering,



mechatronics, or vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
- Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German and/or English is considered a plus
- Good IT skills and confidence in using a PC
- Willingness to work in shifts
