Job Description
Define and execute the company's strategy, ensuring the achievement of financial, commercial, and operational objectives Assume full P&L; responsibility, closely monitoring revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance; Lead Commercial and Marketing activities, strengthening brand positioning and expanding the company's presence across target markets; Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and other critical stakeholders; Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships; Oversee Operations, Product Management, and Research & Development functions, driving innovation, operational excellence, and speed of execution; Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results, collaboration, and people development.
