The opportunity

Worldline seeks a detail-oriented Banking Partnership Support Intern to drive operational excellence by managing sales documentation, financial reporting, and procurement processes (PR/PO/GRN). You will facilitate client and partner relations, support complex RFP/RFI cycles, and collaborate with transversal teams to optimize commercial performance. The role requires a proactive approach to project support and legal compliance, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our digital payment solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Commercial Activities:
- Preparation of presentations
- Support in Business Case development
- Support in the preparation of proposal documents (tenders/bids)
- Involvement in RFI/RFP processes
- Participation in client/prospect calls
- Support in contract negotiations

Partner Support Activities:
- Liaison with operational departments regarding client requests

Administrative Activities:
- Creation and management of PR/PO/GRN (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes)
- Support for supplier inquiries
- Monitoring and management of certified emails (PEC)

Project Activities:
- Support across various projects (e.g., NS, ARF, AUI)

Reporting:
- Preparation of financial reports, ad hoc reports (upon request), commercial performance tracking, and Business Review data
