What you'll be doingAs our Collection Manager – Consumer Credit, you'll own our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning.

Design and execute data-driven collection strategies – Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types.
Develop AI-powered collection approaches – Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next-best-action logic, predictive contact strategies, and intelligent prioritisation of accounts.
Personalise customer engagement & tone of voice – Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel, and timing based on customer behaviour.
Optimise performance and ROI – Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect), ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive.
Guarantee service levels and compliance – Ensuring all collection activities meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements, balancing effectiveness with fairness.
