Il Bell Boy supporta il reparto del Front Office e il reparto del Housekeeping occupandosi del trasporto bagagli dei clienti.
Esegue le direttive del Front Office Manager e della Governante nel rispetto degli standards dell'Hotel e dei livelli di qualità del servizio definiti.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a strong customer orientation and a passion for the hospitality sector, ready to offer an exceptional experience to our guests.
The Bell Boy is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring that their stay is pleasant and smooth.
The Bell Boy supports both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, handling the transportation of guests' luggage.
He/she follows the directives of the Front Office Manager and Housekeeper, in compliance with the hotel's standards and defined service quality levels.
Key Responsibilities: Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in similar positions in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)* Impeccable presentation and professional attitude
