ppWe are looking for a bJunior Mechanical Designer /b, who will report to our bMechanical Modeling Design Ovens Manager /b and join our bGlobal Innovation Development Design Team /b based in bAlba (CN) /b. /ppThis unit ensures technical progress and innovation, through mechanical design, prototyping and development of machineries for plant production and special process, supporting Industrial and RD projects. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3pIn this role, you will be responsible for bdesigning special equipment and machinery /b, from the analysis of industrial needs to the binstallation phases /bin the Group's plants. Our design activities entaildetailed btechnical project preparation /b, which will involve you in coordinating external studies and constantly checking the coherence of the project. /ppYou will find binnovative solutions /bto meet the specifications of new projects and promote thebcontinuous improvement /b of existing plants. You will also cover aspects beyond the purely technical, such as bbudget, schedule, quality, hygiene, safety, ergonomics, environment and more /b. /ppYou will attend internal meetings and bcollaborate with variousstakeholders /b, in our plants baround the world /b and in various internal departments, as well as with our external suppliers. /ph3About You: /h3pYou will bring your bMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields /b, together with bsome initialexperience /bgained in the bdesign of machinery forFood, FMCG or Automation sector /b.br/Strongb technical knowledge in mechanical design and engineering principles /b will be you key to succeed in this role, combined with proficiency in the use of bCAD software /b (2D, 3D, Autodesk Inventor). /ppIf you have already achieved some practice in project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, safety, hygienic design and environmental compliance will be a plus for us,
but if you are new to this bwe will be happy to train you! /b /ppYour ability as bgood communicator both in Italian and English /b, your collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and your problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges will make you the perfect fit to this role.br/To complete the profile, you will bring your bavailability for international mobility /b, and your willingness to be at the forefront to see the results of your passionate work. /ph3What we offer: /h3pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.
