We are looking for a hands‑on, highly versatile IT Systems Engineer who will act as the primary IT presence at our San Giovanni Valdarno site.This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and visibility. You will work across endpoints, infrastructure, networking, automation, and executive support, often in the same week. The role requires strong technical competence, excellent judgment, and the professionalism to operate confidently in executive-facing environments.This role reports to the Head of IT Infrastructure.In This RoleProvide Tier 2/3 end‑user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux, including white‑glove support for C‑level executivesServe as the on‑site IT owner for the SGV location, ensuring reliable and professional IT servicesAdminister endpoint management platforms (JAMF, Intune) across the full device lifecycleOwn and support video conferencing systems, meeting rooms, and live executive events with zero tolerance for disruptionTroubleshoot and maintain networking and infrastructure components (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, virtualization)Support Microsoft 365 services and related SaaS platformsDevelop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effortLead and execute local and regional IT projects, including infrastructure refreshes and greenfield buildsProduce and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate closely with global IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders during IT separation and growth initiativesRequirements8+ years of hands‑on IT experience with strong breadth across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud servicesProven experience supporting both Windows and macOS in a corporate environmentSolid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs,
